Contact Spreadcheck

You reach Spreadcheck through the developer support link on our app's App Store listing; the site has no form, chat or published inbox. Questions about your API 1169 application, eligibility, appointment or certificate go to API or Prometric, because only they can see your record.

Route

Which question goes where

Sort your question before you send it, the same way you sort four options: two of these destinations will be wrong for it, and the table tells you which.

Six kinds of question and the right place for each

Reaching us through the app listing

  1. Open the listing

    Press "Get the app" below. On an iPhone or iPad it opens the App Store page directly; on a computer you first get a short page with the store badge. The app is iPhone and iPad only.

  2. Find the developer support link

    On the App Store page it sits with the developer's details near the bottom of the listing, usually labelled App Support.

  3. Name this site

    Start your message with "Spreadcheck" and api1169review.com, so it reaches the people who wrote these pages rather than a general queue.

Fix

Reporting a wrong answer

A correction is the most useful message you can send. Include four things, and we can find and judge it without writing back:

  1. the page address from your browser bar;
  2. the first few words of the question;
  3. the option you would key instead, in one sentence;
  4. your source: the document and section, for example a part of 49 CFR 195 or a section of API 1104, with its edition.

If the key is wrong, the question is rewritten whole: stem, key, explanation and all four option notes, so no note still argues for the old answer.

What we cannot do

We cannot see your API file, tell you whether your experience qualifies, hold a test window open or speed up a review. The route to certification lays out eligibility with links to API, and the dates and fees page carries the 2027 windows with their application deadlines.

For study questions, the practice test answers faster than we can. Who we are and how we write is on the about page; what the app button records is on the privacy page.
